It looked nice enough although personally I just go to Sainsbury's round the corner and take the tramp beer option but some may appreciate it.

The orange Bosh! book haa good risottos and at least one great lasagne (I haven't tried the other one, that's how good). And some pizzas. Probably a few other things besides.

My favourite is Sagar in Percy Street. South Indian, not completely vegan, but good.

+1 for sagar Vantra Eden is also good.

I had a pair of Merrell's until recently - can't recall if their whole range is vegan, but the walking boots I had were. They were Gore-Tex, so good waterproofing. However, the sole came loose after about 18 months, which is the first time I've had a performance issue with a pair of Merrell's.

They have a vegan range, but most of their boots aren't vegan.

Can replace a banana with 1/4 cup apple purée or mango.

Also add a tsp of ground ginger, and half and half baking powder and baking soda.
