I’m guessing it’s a modern - ish velosteel hub. Not sure if it has one but I’ll have a look for a grease port. Standard hub / bearing grease suitable?
It’s strong enough that I can lock the wheel when braking, and doesn’t make a horrible noise just feels quite loose and clunky.
Lots of online stuff available for maintaining them, Sheldon is a good place to start, also torpedo-coasterbrake.com and hubstripping. The ports are generally for oil, but best to check for your individual maker.
