You may be surprised. I've had a buyer tell me a camera I sold didn't work. They asked for a return label, I paid for one, but it never turned up. After the return period had ended, eBay ruled in my favour without hesitation and the guy on the phone even said that it clearly looked like he was trying to pull a fast one. If you sell a fair bit, you never know.
