Found them through their Instagram.
I’m really keen to try one out next time I’m in Copenhagen. -

Oh sweet. Thanks for that info.

worth a watch.

They pay LLW? I'll maybe look them up when they start a distro in a civilised part of london

They pay LLW?
Yup they do.
Get in touch. You''ll get some free cycle training thrown in :)
Also deliver in Crouch End as well as West -

Also inhospitable for a south londoner :)
Don't really like riding electric bikes to be honest, but I guess my knees will give out eventually.

They've put "Wheels = Big Apple" so I've missed the bit on top...
I wonder if the small format would appeal to my other half, it could be great for child-carrying duties. -

Muli Bikes from Germany?
They look like a lot of fun!Yea, indeed they do!
Base price of € 2.725,00 though.. -
• #2786
I did watch that and I already want one ..

Yeah, website is pretty, but a bit of a mess.
The small form factor was what peaked my interest too - gf is sub 160 cm and I know she apreciates not having to wrestle very heavy bikes. And a lower centre of gravity than an Omnium.@ᛠᛙᚺᚣ✻ᛕᛙᚺᛥ still cheaper than a lot of cars tho, and some bullits. I'm interested to see what the quality level is like.

..those Mulis are not really lighter than, say, Bullits though (website says 24kg)

that's definitely worth considerin
-
• #2790
I might try one for giggles, will report back.
-
• #2791
fucking want one!
-
• #2792
I'm gonna buy an Omnium. What tyre size can I shoehorn into the rear with 650b? Or is the lack of google search results for Omnium 650b subtly telling there is a reason not to do it...
-
• #2793
You wouldn't be the first one to do it. A local mechanic has a WTB Horizon, with mudguard. I don't know if he did anything to the chain stays.
The Omnium International Owners group on FB is good for that sort of queries. -

I want an omnium but I can’t get past the feeling it needs a basket or
Box on front- otherwise my loose shopping, random kids crap etc will all slide out?
People say they use them for shopping trips but I don’t see many photos of people actually using them for this? -
• #2795
Nice one, was not aware of that group - Much better for technical stuff then the official omnium one. Had a scroll through and apparently 650x47 horizon just about clears with no mods.
Now have more important problem to deal with of choosing a colour. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Just use whatever bag you usually use for shopping, but strapped on the rack. Or bagaboo makes cargo bags https://bagaboo-bags.com/products/cargo-bags/
-
• #2797
I use a plastic tray (the ones used by industrial bakeries to deliver to supermarkets) on top of mine and I put tote bags in there when I go shopping, with two innertubes to secure tray and contents to the bike.
There's this too:

Pink or yellow.
-
• #2799
Leaning towards light green. Size L completely out of stock though so may end up with whatever is available.
-
• #2800
yellow!
They're really the masters of greenwash, aren't they? :)
