Any interest in a pair of Trickers On a rambler sole. Size 8.5 and would let them go for £150. Bought them quite a while back and they’ve barely been worn, just slightly too small. Condition is very good, they’ve probably been outside once.
They’re these ones, will obviously take photos if they’re up anyone’s street.

Nice. How comfy are they? Been looking at them but they seem almost clog like?
Did you or them do the black mark on the right boot?
-
• #6540
very stiff sole but actually rather comfy
the black mark is just the leather, if rubbed the nap can go down and seem oily, if scratched a little it comes back up with a rough suede type surface

Those are pretty nice. I’d swap the laces though.

From the hebco site it sounds like they’re made by William Lennon just a lot more expensive.

There are a few brands who use William Lennon to manufacture their designs. If they made a chukka boot I’d have got it but it’s not on their website. I wanted a boot that’d be quick to get on and off - definitely not my redwings which are a pain if I just need to pop into the house but have muddy feet.
Red laces are the default but the boots came with brown leather too.

They are. Hebtreco adds value by tighter quality control, but yeah, same boots as you can get custom from william lennon

Do you work for hebtroco ;)

No, but that seems to be the census from reading online. It's also mentioned upthread somewhere

Forgot to mention the boots are heavy!

They do a chukka for £159 not sure why it’s not on the site? But I emailed Lib and she confirmed. I don’t buy the tighter quality control at all, they’re work boots it doesn’t matter if the stitching is a big wonky or something. Any big problems I am sure Lib would sort it out.
Saying that those hebtroco are still nice, enjoy them.

Reminds me of a pair of custom Whites I had. Amazing boots, super comfy, but hard work on longer walks.
