It’s so hard to unravel what he actually means from his syntax. He might be saying the moon is only a part of the things they should be focusing on. Or he might genuinely mean the moon is, what? Attached to mars? A district of mars?
And ‘science’? As if going to the moon is nothing to do with science. Science is a totally separate thing NASA should be focussing on?
