An LS-swapped 130 Defender is surely the answer to this, whatever the question is?
The answer is actually a cummins 12 valve in a defender 130!
If the answer is diesel then the question is wrong.
They sound so good with a little tweaking. Top motors. Probably weigh more than the rest of the defender though..
Agreed. I did once spend far too long working out the logistics of fitting a 130 body onto a raised D4 A8 4.2 V8 Tdi chassis and running gear though... 400bhp/ 800nm with a remap and cosy running gear.
