The north west league has two vets cats which regularly have better numbers than the senior races. Mamils innit. Us seniors are too busy having jobs and kids.

For those in London, the Velo Fete at Herne Hill next weekend has a cross race on Sunday evening.

A chance to get some speed in your legs ahead of the London Summer Series.

Do you know what time the seniors race will start? And how long it will be?
On the website I could only find 18:00-20:30 for the three different races. Presumably seniors will be last so ... 19:45 for 45 mins?

Sounds like the perfect opportunity to get @youramericanlover back to fighting fitness

:( I have been not so good with stretching and physio so don't have my cx "skillz" back yet (whatever they were). Good inspo tho to get my shit in gear

I'n guessing it'll be a 60 minute race starting at 1930, but have no evidence to back this up.

I contacted HH about the senior/junior cx race at velofete at we're looking at a 40 min shock to the system......tempted

What are you afraid of?

Ha that's easy 60 mins.......main issue is just logistics and a lack of fitness

I'd like to get across to Belgium this winter to watch a race, are there any events in particular people would recommend going to see?
