Hmm yeah well i wouldent have bought it if the price wasent good as i wasent looking for one. But now that i have it i dont know what to really do with it. I dont see myself riding it other than to just make a happening of it almost. I also cant really just sell it i directly i think as i will never get another shot at one. Beeing a bike geek is tricky at times .)

I have a 695 with ZED2 crankset. Making some very weird creaks – wondering if it's the bearings that need replacing. Anyone got experience with this? If so, a DM would be much appreciated (to save noise on the thread).

It's the kind of noise which is likely to be appreciated by strangers from the future, and those of us with non-Zed looks are not going to be bothered by it.

@cjr got his bearings changed by Swift Cycles in Shoreditch I think.

Yeah good point, however seemed I jumped the gun by blaming the Zed 2 – on closer inspection it turned out the issue was bearings in my freehub. Joy! I expect I'll be back one day soon with Zed 2 issues though ;)

I have had the Zed2 bearings replaced twice by bespoke. They have one tool between all the shops so let them know in advance. I bought my own bearings and took them. The second time I bought stainless.

i need a new bb for my kg233. the ruined one is a veloce 1,370" x 24 tpi (english?). can someone advise a new bb that would be compatible? thanks

Pretty much any square taper 111mm BB.

Campag Centaur are a bit better than Veloce.
