    Had my fair share of them as well this year.
    They are a problem as they target the new leaves (they get curly and sick). Also they really like the blossoms, which looks really shit but actually fruit are still developing fine it seems.

    Gently showering the plants regularly helps but can be a hassle depending on how many you have.
    Planting garlic in the same pot is supposed to help but I would be lying if I said that I noticed great results with this method.
    Spraying neem oil on the plants is supposed to really keep them away as they hate the scent, unfortunately I hate the scent as well.

    Basically what I do is shower the fuckers down the drain regularly and then cheer at every useful animals that are coming on my plants (caterpillar and similar).
