Got the chance to see this in person today when Freddo dropped off the speedmaster racing. Really nice in the flesh, to my eye close to mint and feels lovely in the hand and on the wrist. Got to see the memo too but sadly it's sold. I would not have been able to resist it having seen it.
Thanks to Freddo who was great to deal with and delivered the watch right to my workplace.
Good luck with the Heuer. As I look at the speedy I'm thinking it's good to have achievable grails :)

It was my pleasure entirely and I’m glad you’re happy with the mark II. I love that these nice pieces are staying within the LFGSS family as well. I’m almost there with the Heuer, I need to sell the Seamaster (now further discounted) and add another grand to close the deal on it, but the seller is thankfully being patient.
The Seamaster 176.007 is available again. I’m my humble opinion this is Omega’s best automatic movement, the calibre 1040. Not least because it has centre chronograph seconds and minute hands as well as the 24h indicator in the 9 o’clock subdial. Hit me up if you’re interested.
