Fantastic project.

I notice you’ve tacked the entire frame then gone back over doing the fillets. Would you say that was a better way to work than completing each joint as you go? Does tacking the whole thing really require the use of a jig?

Erm yeah, don’t see any other way tbh...tack in the jig, check alignment, braze. Jig is absolutely necessary for making sure everything is where it’s supposed to be but can’t imagine laying down the fillets in the jig so has to be done after.
