Seem to remember it was the best value at the time. bought it for the shit cargo bike, saved to reuse on this one.

No hole on the forks, needed a hole for the steering damper. Drilled a hole. Didn’t wanna drill through the front too. Also, used an ahead stem clamp bolt.
