Low end of Normal. I've just had a look and I was in the red (below normal) in April (kinda makes sense, post-winter) and July (doesn't make sense) last year. Highest level was actually Feb this year, but that was still lower end of Normal. I've bought another tub of capsules and I'll take one to work and then try and have one tab with each meal. Perhaps the way I'm taking them means they're not being utilised effectively (ie. iron with vitamin c). I don't know what helps absorption of vit d though.
I've been taking Vit D regularly for maybe two years now and I still get low Vit D tests back. It seems to fluctuate quite a lot. Even last summer when I thought I was getting loads of sun in the UK (relative to normal UK summer) I still tested low Vit D.
