What do they think will happen once we hard Brexit?
At some point, and probably very early on, we’ll have to go back to the EU and ask for a trade deal. They’ll point at the unpaid bill for existing commitments, the withdrawal agreement we have In place and the Irish border situation and say, “nothing has changed, please settle your debts, accept this political declaration and sign up to this backstop to honour your commitment to the Good Friday agreement. Trade talks cannot begin until those are accepted.” And we’re back where we were before.
Honestly, these people are morons if they think WTO rules make even one iota of sense.

Also looks like this election is going to just polarise the country further. Farage is basically distancing himself from every having been aligned with anything other than hard brexit. It seems like more and more people are ending up convinced that a hard brexit is the right thing
