  • we adapted the plan, not buying the proprietary protein shake powder, just opting for musashi brand, and loads of fresh fruit and veg. I tended to have bacon and eggs nearly every day, which is lucky because bacon.
    It wasn't a diet as such, more of a change of eating habits. We still stick to that sort of meal tapering (big breakfast, medium lunch and small dinner) and at least 1 hour activity/exercise a day

    Really?

    You see that's something I struggled with. I used to eat a lot of fruit and other than berries, the net carbs from most made it impossible to eat any. Likewise having so few vegetable options was a pain.

    Same mate is now doing a quazi-fasting thing where he just eats one nice meal in the evening. Seems to be working. Pretty slow results, but it is pretty simple and flexible.
