I enjoyed that final series of Veep (enough to watch it all in one sitting). There were a few bits where it seemed a bit far-fetched but often I thought about them and realised it was pretty similar to something that had actually happened. Making a political satire about the US presidency when Trump is the actual president must be pretty hard work.

I did think the epilogue was a bit unnecessary though, bit too much a desire to tie everything up (although I guess also making very sure that there won't be any further series).

Veep has been a bit disappointing and finishes on Sunday. Good jokes but getting far fetched.
