Be aware that the values are a bit low compared to the optimal intake, which is 250mcg (daily) or 2500mcg (weekly) for B12 and 50mcg (daily) Vitamin D.
I'm now taking 1xday of Veganicity B12 1000ug and 1-2 capsules per day of Vit D.
I seem to be low in Vit D most tests (unless I've just done TransAm or TCR).
