On the whole I resent how being a podcast fiend means my mental space is frequently transported to the US where I end up going in depth into all sorts of minutiae about US politics and recent history.
Would like to find more international stuff.
BBCs documentary series has a great range of global issues but feels hit and miss. Monocle is OK, but has the same smug elitist feel as their printed magazine. Futility Closet is usually great when they can find something from around the world.
