My Local Authority, (LB Hillingdon) was one the plaintiffs.
I've already asked if there is a Right to Appeal.

The High Court's judgement runs to 200 pages.
Apparently 'the applicant must be given the Right to Appeal'

Isn't this likely to be just another case in which the court is asked to examine if there's a legal basis for the Paris Agreement to apply to the government's policy statement, i.e. it doesn't have anything to do with the content of either? I haven't looked at the judgement, so may be merely imagining that could be the case, but it often is.

Don't worry, everybody. Should it come to actual construction, a former Mayor of London will lie down in front of the bulldozers and save us.
