Clocktower cameras is the exception in this case. 90% analogue but incredible service. One of the guys in there apologised profusely yesterday because they didn't have any non selenium light meters in stock
I get the gripe about west yorkshire but theyre probably operating well above the shops capacity, time and space wise. Must be a stressful place to work with the amount of stock coming in and out constantly

Their face to face customer service can be a bit arsey - can't think of another way to put it. I could definitely see there being a link between their massive increase in business and having less energy for interaction in the shop. Had the same down the phone as well tbh. Doesn't make me want to part with my hard earned when the person serving you seems to be visibly annoyed by your enquiry.
But then again, why would they want to spend time with a customer looking to spend a comparatively small bit of cash when they're doing so much business online? Their Google reviews seem to have a few people making similar complaints about the service too.
