On first (very quick, drunk) glance - yes, maybe.

Then you realize there's so many things wrong with this,
that vulgar head tube with the ugly stack for starters.

I like it.
This type of little cargo bike with long horizontal structure extending to back and front seems to be quite popular in Berlin right now (apart from the serious business Bullits, Urban Arrows etc. of course).
