Similar to me then. How long have you need at it? I started training consistently about 2 years ago. First test was 218w FTP at 82kg. Now at 280w for 75kg. Expensive hobby this. Food, new clothes because the pants fall down etc etc ...
Started at about 220 around Christmas time. I’ve stayed a fairly consistent 77 -78kgs.
