What's the BC "good" zone and how many watts/kg are you at 278?

Similar to me then. How long have you need at it? I started training consistently about 2 years ago. First test was 218w FTP at 82kg. Now at 280w for 75kg. Expensive hobby this. Food, new clothes because the pants fall down etc etc ...
