Following the Trainer Road plans, sometimes I do a longer version sometimes a shorter depending on life stuff.
They have chart/ list working down from world class...
Nothing special 3.6w/kg. It’s been steady progress though. My aim is to get to 4w/kg by end of July.
Not sure how realistic that is but no harm in trying I guess.

Trying to fit in the 3 workouts a week is tricky with my other sporting activities.
Currently bang on 4w/kg (65kg, ftp260), aiming to push up to around 4.5w/kg (64kg, ftp 288) in the next year.
I'm more a sprinty type though, 5s is around 20w/kg, 1m at 9.5w/kg, and reckon I can get these up to 22w/kg and 10.5w/kg with more specific training. Don't think trainerroad is the best for this (or a turbo trainer for that matter)
