yeah, v-brake on a motorbike = totally fine!
quite ingenious how it appears they have mounted the drive cog to 6 bolt disk mount on the NDS!

Its not even a V-brake. I'm just saying there are legal vehicles with worse brakes.
Its usual to mount one of these engines to the NDS. That way you don't have to turn the pedals when its on motor only.
At least this one appears to be utilising the disc mount. I've seen some where they just bolt it to the spokes.

Thats probably a lot safer than many early mopeds. Many of them just had cheap stamped caliper rim brakes.
