Right. I’m modifying my 531cs holdsworth to use for light touring and gravel path hauling. I’m getting canti studs on to allow for wider tyres and mudguard clearance. Thinking 35mm and looking for durability as well as low rolling resistance. Weight isn’t a worry. Thinking Vittoria voyager hyper atm, thoughts? Considering 650b too, to get some extra room without having to crimp the stays, no idea what’s available in that size though...
