I don't see how this would work
Replaceable axle, track thread on one side and then remove the freehub to reduce down to track spacing. Zipp used to do it (still may)
Thanks, yes, that's what was in my mind. I forget how rare the Zipp ones are. I thought Corima did it too, but can't find the details, so I'm presuming they did not in fact do it.
