This might be a stupid question but if I were to get a pair of 32mm Gravel Kings, what size inner tube would I need to go for? I noticed some tubes are 25-32 and then 32+
The alternative is to run them tubeless but I am not particularly confident in setting up tubeless

Check the sidewall says tlc (panaracers tubeless tyres have this ), have you definitely got tubeless rims? If you have both these, go tubeless, you'll need rim tape, tubeless sealant and a valve (your local bike shop will have these, and probably help you set em up.
If not stick a 25-32 tube in.
