My current mobile phone contract is with EE, so is my home fiber optic. As a result I get 20gb free added to my contract each month.
I'm looking to upgrade my mobile but none of these seem anywhere near as good as if I go through a third party reseller (mobiles.co.uk) for the contract this time around.
EE can't really give me an answer but am I likely to keep my perks (20gb+ free) each month if I cancel and take out a new contract?
Try talking to their retention department (they will almost certainly pass you to them if you ring up and say you're intending to cancel) and tell them the package details you need them to match to keep your contract.
Problem is they could just go okay then see you later. Knowing full well that my data for my phone is also reliant upon me having home broadband with them.
