What are the advantages of these two things? Just aesthetic?

The instant cashback, no late fees and no annual fee (which is normal for a premium card) is actually all quite interesting.

For me, just aesthetics. I thought it could be a debit card but as it's a credit card I'll steer clear. The rates are far from low as well:
