What are the logistics for this with the 2am start?
I'm thinking of doing it but can't remember why it starts in the middle of the night and what people do before / sleep, etc. I'm sure there is a reason for it then it will all make sense.
Actually, ignore this, I just read on and it made a bit more sense.

I'm doing Hard Boiled 300k, maybe with a ride down and back. Probably on the TT bike this time if I can get it fixed before the weekend. Bought a new chain for it and hoping the derailler works ok with it, after being dragged into the back wheel. #risky
