Don't think so, they have Sram Etap AXS cranks for that.

don't want to go 12 speed, would mean buying a lot of new kit :(

@hippy i know Easton have their Cinch but again, requires new BB, rings and cranks (and PM!). Very spendy.

Do 4iiii/Praxis sell a single LH crank?

I looked at that Cinch thing too but came to the same conclusion. I think P2M do a MTB crankset that might work but I got sick of looking and just decided to run a bigger cassette coz it just costs a woolftooth.
