Neo is supposed to be 0.5% accurate.

Have you done a slope test with a known heavy weight on the p2m?

No. 1-2% out isn't much.

Indeed, thought you meant that the p2m was 4% out on top of frictional losses. If it's at 4% out total that sounds reasonable, although maybe try a new chain and pulley wheels :)
