There’s some info on crank options here
https://forums.mtbr.com/cannondale/f-si-crank-options-1026662.html
And some lfgss dickheads you might recognise.
The Tl:dr on a new crank for an ai frame is to use cannondale’s cranks and ai specific chainrings.
‘Normally’ built up wheels can be re-dished to / from ai unless the builder was either extremely accurate and wasted no spoke thread or mucked the wheelbuilder up in exactly the opposite way you need to re-dish. Mavic aluminium system wheels cannot but that’s probably a moot point here.
I’m not sure if you could use your crank on a normal frame - it might be ai specific. Or at least the chainring will be. I wouldn’t have a frame built up as Ai because boost gets the same result and everyone has adopted that.

Yeah this. Nice new frame with used parts is a bit lame.

what should I get to replace my existing parts?
eeWorks titanium cranks would be a good place to start.

Cannondale ai appears to be something of a pain in the arse

Also, SI cranks are now impressively expensive.

• #1090
Not as impressive as the titanium ones

If this Isen is being bought after test riding Caren's bike, might it be a better idea to use the same size wheels?
Can't believe I'm not recommending a 29er

It will be, I have a plan B for the wheels
-
• #1093
Is plan B shiny and expensive?

• #1094
No, very reasonable.

Old good SI or the later ones with the concaves in the back of each arms and the MASSIVE GRAPHICS?
-
• #1099
I'd need the asymetric version, which likely means buying new I suspect. I might park the whole idea of crank replacement.

I think you just need the AI direct mount chainring?
My F-Si has Si cranks with what I assume is an AI specific spider so those exist too.
And the Scalpel is a PF30 BB I think? So the cranks could go too.
