So, the TR Ramp Test (again) sorry!....
The last full-1min interval on my previous Ramp test (6th Dec) averaged 281w. Tested again last night and the last full-1min interval averaged 345w, yet it only increased my FTP from 254 to 259.
Does this seem right?
