Question for the commuters: when do you draw the line when you're "sick"? Some mucus and a sore throat this morning so went for it but didn't feel too great this morning. Feels like a regular cold so should be ok?
I tend to follow the neck rule. Higher than the neck (mucus etc) is fine to ride, but lower than the neck (chesty etc) I take the car
