Sadly not... as it is not USB C but rather DP x 2 combined into one TB3, bane of my bloody life.
The 4K will work though as that is USB C.
And I believe with new protocols and TB3 chips the future displays will work, but the current UltraFine 5K will only ever be able to be plugged into a TB3 port (worked on my Hack too, in Windows @4K).

It's a bit of a pain with eGPU's due to the fact it can only connect to the laptop (TB3) and not an eGPU directly, its costing me a bit of performance that way.
