The real hard core challenge is super randonneur round the year.
I think it has only been done once - can't remember who by. Not even Steve Abraham has done it.

Thinking of including the Fort William 1000 and PBP into my Hyper SR

Couple of people did Hyper with four 1000ks last year!

If I didn't have other events on I could do that but I found my normal RRtY quite tricky to schedule in between training, TTs, ultra races, etc. Without any other cycling, no probs.

PBP year makes it easy since you -have- to do a 600 and PBP anyway.

No points for ultras cos they're races.
but TAW, NC4000, Japanese oddysey, indypac etc aren't races so maybe could get points for them...

The challenge with the RRtY isn't the events, it's fitting regular events around the rest of your life (which in my case is just more cycling but that's another matter).

The National 24hr TT gets points though, so their own rules are a bit iffy.

I rode Wessex last year. 3 of us rode it fixed.

I had to settle for HB perm though. Was gonna calendar and perm them all this year, but meh.

There’s at least a couple of dozen idiots that do a fixed SR every year I guess.

Shaun had such a good season. I came second with 178 by nearly 300points!

AAA events at 200, 300, 400, 600 and 1000

AAA Hyper SR was the next thing on my list.

No, just 4x600 again but all the 600s are AAA events.
I'm not doing it this year because I've already done the AAA 600s that are on so I'm using different events.

The Dean will be my first audax for a year and longest ride for 2 years, since indypac 2017.
