  • Had a really bad experience with La Passione recently:

    Bought a new jersey a few months ago which I like a lot - nice fit and material, but the zipper has failed. So I contacted them to ask about replacement/refund and they flat out refused to address it and accused me of washing it incorrectly. So now I've gone down the corridor of quoting distance selling regulations at them.

    I was going to buy further jerseys and bibs, but now they won't get my business at all. Just lame.

    I actually had something similar with La Passione - they simply refused to help with a return. Their attitude was 'most of our customers are happy so we don't see the need to help you.' EU regs & consumer rights? Not bothered.

  • Your experience was ringing in my ears as I wrote my first email. Hoped they had changed their ways but alas.
