Based on their current stated goals (viewed through the fog of their constructive ambiguity).

Instant LFGSS vilification.

Yes and no. Yes, the biggest issue is Brexit, but that's such a big issue that it has a knock on effect on pretty much everything else.
For e.g. Labours industrial strategy does rather depend on having industries here - an example might be Nissan Sunderland and electronic cars. The plan was (as they have a battery facility there, and make the Leaf) to develop that site as the EU eCar production facility.
But, with the loss of the single market Sunderland will see out the Qashqai and then be mothballed.
Corbyn's manifesto was fully costed - but, and it's an important but - based on the economy that we used to have. He won't be able to afford it, based on what's coming down the pipe, and his unofficial spokespeople are now talking about Capital Controls being instituted to prevent gross outflows that will exacerbate the situation.

Fuck knows, therein lies the problem.

Mate, jut spoil your vote or vote Tory/Libdem/UKIP/Green. Stop with the public agonising, the ballot is private and you don't need to seek absolution from LFGSS.
-
• #17214
Or just vote for Laner's Rewind Party, whatever their stance is.

This is a fair comment, however I suppose what I'm (not so) secretly hoping is that someone has seen something I haven't, and that the situation we face in which the Tories and Labour are identical is not, actually, reality. Or the Green party could actually win.
I wonder, if the SNP sweep Scotland, would either the Tories or Labour be able to pull a majority together?

It's ok to get a bit older and vote Tory, millions do it every year.
-
• #17217
Every election that's been held while LFGSS has existed has had people saying there's no difference between Labour and Conservative. Or that they can't vote Labour any more because of Iraq. Or, now, Brexit. And the Tories get in and people realise all over again how fucking evil they are. Till the next election.

Nobody seeks absolution from LFGSS. Sometimes a penitent comes here for the cleansing process of public flagellation.

The party has been compared to Emmanuel Macron's En Marche! party in France.
ok cool how's that working out ur boi manny tho?

• #17220
Didn't say i'd vote for a friendly faced Tory-lite party, just putting out there for the dad's who are too embarassed to vote Conservative.
I'll vote labour or greens as usual
-
• #17221

Green policies will have to win sooner then later, so why not start voting for them now.

I voted Labour every one of those elections, for all the difference it made.
The Tories are evil venal cunts who'd quite happily revert to a feudal system where we're all ruled by Mogg - that's understood, and uncontentious.
Previously I've thought that Labour would be different, but now it's apparent that they're as demented as the ERG.

Fair point. Greens it is.
I genuinely don't know who to vote for in our upcoming GE.
