Yeah, I spunked £400 on a Thomson and probably about £50-60 sending it back and forth to I-ride for warranty repairs and then tried the KS one too so I’m over actual droppers for just now.

Yeah. It was waaay better than the Thomson but still felt like it needed another couple years of development.

Ghetto ass-saver worked well today.

Lashed up a headset wrench for obscure 40mm headset which keeps coming undone. We don’t have metal here but we do have 3D woven carbon sheet and rudimentary carbon working tools. It mushed up a bit but it’ll do for a one-off job.

Good work! I wonder if you could make the long section a little more horizontal, for potential light load carrying?

It keeps a handlebar bag from pushing down into the fender.

Wanted to carry more water for touring duties, limited mounting options required use of a spare set of Nitto rack hardware and some wee bits of bent steel from another rack, et voila!
