Winter training gear. Tights, overshoes etc. What is the best?

Waterproof socks aren't that warmth. They just suck less water.
Oversocks and the warmest socks you can find, if you're still cold you can get some of these chemical bags, for long, freezing rides they're a lifesaver

I'm asking for my wife as she has little feet, I have larger feet (for a woman) at size 41 and have plenty of overshoes options and get to have dry warm feet.. Struggling to find small overshoes for her though!

I'll have a look for little oversocks.

Now that I'm thinking about it, I was about to buy velotoze mtb shoe covers and they came on S/M/L...
In the end got winter boots but being latex that may be a solution for tiny feet?
