Winter training gear. Tights, overshoes etc. What is the best?

This is a good point, it's hard to find small overshoes but sealskinz waterproof socks come in size 3 so might be a good start to getting warmer feet.

Waterproof socks aren't that warmth. They just suck less water.
Oversocks and the warmest socks you can find, if you're still cold you can get some of these chemical bags, for long, freezing rides they're a lifesaver

I'm asking for my wife as she has little feet, I have larger feet (for a woman) at size 41 and have plenty of overshoes options and get to have dry warm feet.. Struggling to find small overshoes for her though!

I'll have a look for little oversocks.
