bigger seat-tube? i'm old school, my bike are never square and i like to only have the fist-full of seat post, so i usually have 60st, 57tt but it's definitely more common to see the high stack high seat post thing (but strangely still horizontal tt?)
great looking bike you got there anyway, makes me keen to pick up mine from the sprayshop!

I bought two 2.5mm patches of leather on eBay and a new blade for my scalpel. I reckon that'll be ok. Lasers sound cool though.

You mean compressed the housing, which can be sorted by squeezing the brake levers several time on the workstand to compress it enough so you won't need to wait till it's compressed enough to close the calliper.
