The fit is good enough, the tpw are bloody nice, but pricey.

£60 it's just crazy.

it's not mine, i don't really need a brompton but i ll don't mind to have that

If I understand this correctly - remove the left pedal, fold the bike, the removed pedal can be impaled on the rh brake lever of the folded bike.
It stays secure.
No real need to remove the rh pedal. -

I'll try that for now. At least whilst the holder arrives. The cheap one.
Thanks!

Rattles around and isn’t a “nice” solution, especially when it’s under £10 for a mount!

which model pedals are these?
Are they Tiparts workshop?

EazyWheels and Ti extender
How are you getting on with the extender - does it work/make a difference ?
-
• #5918
I actually think these don't work well alone. I mean they render the folded bike very unstable. They can be lowered but that'd defeat the purpose of having the folded bike clear for lugging it around.
may be a need 4 wheels...I'll play a bit with the extender angle tonight and see if there's a better one.

Just picked up this understated beauty...will be my first foray into Brompton and already pondering upgrades...🤪
It already has a Ti post and fairly light so main additions for now are QR Ti pedals and some new grips and a nicer saddle. Plus easy wheels.
Bag wise has anyone tried the Demano range?

Just got that off eBay? I saw one identical up for sale...
Old stock Brompton ti post, get it swapped, stopped being sold due to breakages...
Get yourself the new style brake levers/shifters and those brakes will feel so much nicer! Also have a look at sealed bearing front wheel / headset!

I loved that style saddle on one of my old Brommies. So comfy.

No need to worry about the seatpost unless you’re on the severely heavy side. Looks like a tidy example.
Changing the brake levers and getting some nicer grips will make a huge difference to the feel of the bike. -

Maynard.....
Whats the friction shifter setup you have here?
Thanks

fitted underbar on the right
Mine feels like a totally new bike.
Kojaks, Ti seatpost (lighter and shorter than original), EazyWheels and Ti extender, Ti detachable pedals. Also shop gave a good clean after replacing the tyres.
And new ergo grips
Testing a different Brompton saddle.
