I've used Robert Reeves five or six times for a service and he has always been happy to not polish if requested.

@freddo Robert Reeves said, included in the full service charge are the steel screw down winder, case tube, mainspring, plexy glass, case seals, refurbish case/ bracelet and that gets a 2 year guarantee. If I go with him, I'll speak about the refurbishment and see if it is necessary
