If someone says something will happen on the 3rd Monday of Jan 19, does it generally mean 14 Jan or 21 Jan? Or is this opoen to debate?
Just wanted to know if my asshole boss has missed my development deadline for me (Don't ask me why our deadlines are not fixed dates, I have no idea, they are just 3rd Mondays of some random months). I sent him my request before Christmas and he just keeps dithering dithering and dithering and I told him I want it sent by 5pm today just in case 14 Jan is the 3rd Monday of this month where the panel will meet... that's where the communication has gone cold and he has fucked off home.
