Have no idea, will have a quick google, but the names of the u21 players who are on the verge of first team action, Pochettino is keeping an eye on, that I am aware of, are usually english/north london/herts area, we've poached a couple from other academies, but most seem to be homegrown.
edit: Spurs helpfully keep the youth teams on their website, more searching required for players out on loan..
