I completely agree that people should broaden their horizons.
If a player makes a misstep at 16-24 it's really difficult to get back on track.
Look at players being injured.
I think asking kids to potentially miss out on mega wages (because the difference between being raheem and Daniel isn't that great at 15-21) just because we think moving and responding to a stressful situation is good for you isn't quite right.
